NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & AFTER DINNER

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of New South Wales Chin Woo Athletics Association Incorporated ABN 93 754 250 643 will be held at Marigold Restaurant, Citymark Building Level 4 & 5, 683-689 George Street, Haymarket NSW 2000on Saturday 30th July 2011 at 5:30 pm.

All relevant legal papers and documents that requires any attention MUST be submitted 10 days prior to the AGM to 701/2 Poplar Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 Australia. Any legal papers and documents that are submitted after the 10 days deadline will NOT be considered for this AGM.

The AGM to elect our new executive members for 2011-2012 will be held at Marigold Restaurant, (683-689 George Street, Haymarket NSW 2000) on the Saturday 30 of July 201 starting at 5:30PM, followed by dinner starting at 7:00 PM. Dinner will cost $40 per head for either members or guests.

Please join us in support and celebrate Chin Woo 2011 AGM. A formal confirmation slip is enclosed, For members and guests who wishes to attend the dinner,Please attach a cheque with your confirmation slip written to "NSW Chin Woo Athletics Association Incorporate" please return it by email, fax, ordinary mail or contact Mr. David Choi (Tel: 0410 521 094) on or before 20th July, 2011.
