Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the NSW Chin Woo Athletics Association Inc. will be held at 13:00 pm on Sunday, 19 October, 2014 at Wilkins Public School, Park Road, Marrickville.
Please forward suggested nominations for the Executive Committee and any items for agenda ASAP to the Secretary’s email address chq@ansto.gov.au (before 15/10/2014). Please also note that only life members, ordinary members who have registered to attend and paid up their current membership fees may be entitled to vote at the AGM.
