Tribute to KWA President Walt Missingham

At New South Wales Chin Woo, we honour Walt Missingham—a pioneer whose impact on Chinese martial arts in Australia has been both visionary and enduring.

Through his leadership of Kung Fu Wushu Australia and the Oceania Federation, and his position in the International Wushu Federation, Walt has championed recognition and support for Chinese martial arts nationwide. Our students benefit every day from the groundwork he has laid.

Most of all, we admire Walt’s unwavering character—his fairness, clarity, and commitment to a stronger future for the martial arts community. He has long been a great friend and supporter of New South Wales Chin Woo.
