新南威爾士精武體育會成立的宗旨是為了弘揚精武精神，促進各武術學校之間的團結，鼓勵彼此尊重，並攜手推動武術發展與全澳個人身心健康的提升。

新南威爾士精武會訓練之夜
新南威爾士精武會武術訓練將於每週三晚上7:45至9:45及每週五晚上7:00至9:00，在北萊德藝術學校社區中心（North Ryde School of Arts Community Centre，地址：Coxs Road 201號，North Ryde）舉行，自2025年2月19日起開始。課程費用為每堂$10，僅限新南威爾士精武會員。
這些訓練之夜旨在提供一個空間，供個人及團體練習，並提供有限的精武拳法指導與比賽輔導。

週三課程： 週三課程： 武術與兵器技術、功力拳、十字戰拳、迷蹤拳、棍法與劍法、群羊棍、三光劍、峨眉劍、太極拳、八卦掌、其他比賽套路、個人訓練。
